Squash coach

Key Responsibilities : Design and conduct structured squash training sessions for beginners to advanced players. Provide one-on-one coaching and group training as needed. Develop athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game. Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback. Prepare athletes for competitive tournaments at local, regional, and national levels. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions. Maintain equipment and ensure court readiness. Promote squash and increase participation within the community / organization. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver a holistic athletic program. Requirements : Proven experience as a squash coach or former competitive squash player. Certification from a recognized squash body. Strong understanding of squash techniques, strategy, and rules. Ability to coach various age groups and skill levels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Passionate about athlete development and sports ethics.
