Description : Responsibilities :
- QA manager will work closely with their counterparts, Client SMEs, business analysts, developers, testers and other delivery team members to drive the creation and modification of test cases, and properly selecting and prioritizing the test to fit the testing window while reducing the biggest risks.
- The QA Manager must have a strong command of Agile delivery and should be able to establish strong collaboration and communication with client stakeholders and other delivery team members in the client organization such as developers, BA, operations team members in managing defects, reporting and escalating issues and managing project risks.
- The QA Manager must be proficient in analysis of requirements and understand the state of quality, and purpose, define and improve testing processes.
- He should own test management and planning for the project.
- The QA Manager will manage the performance and effectiveness of the whole testing team based in India.
- QA Manager should be an expert in defect lifecycle, managing defect triage calls and communicating blockers.
- QA Manager should be a good communicator and be able to deliver critical information effectively.
- QA Manager conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
