Quality Assurance

QA is responsible to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. He / she will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.

• To effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
• To supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
• To monitor QA / QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.
• To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
• To monitor performance of suppliers of raw-materials.
• To carry out effective in-line and final inspection.
• To reinforce quality assurance measures.
• To Bridge merchandisers, factories and customers on quality communication.
• Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer's requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
• To establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process.
• To develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality.
• To monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
• To assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
• To report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
• To facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• To keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation
