Lead Specialist - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting (Spanish / Portuguese)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Metrics, Analytics & Reporting team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

• The Management Intelligence (MI) team is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Reporting Analyst with intermediate to advanced Spanish skills for a distributed agile team.
• You will be part of the Reporting Services Team and will be responsible for effectively monitoring and delivering on multiple global and regional reports (specifically for Latin American region).
• You will become familiar with the reporting processes and will be generating the reports within the agreed SLA timeframe.
• You will also be responsible for report validation, managing access to the reports, managing reporting incident and problem tickets, and supporting end users with reporting queries.
• You will be working closely with the development team to troubleshoot and document reporting issues and provide regular communications to the end users of the reports.
• Reporting into the Reporting Operations Team Lead, you will be a key member of a team at the centre of Marsh's data journey and will serve as an advocate for the power of data.
