Responsibilities
- Working with an Assistant Manager / Manager to lead and deliver performance improvement projects in the industrial manufacturing (automotive, aerospace, industrials), TMT space
- Actively building and managing the relationship and interface with international KPMG Strategy and other deal advisory professionals
- For small to Medium engagements, being actively involved in structuring the output and its delivery
- Being responsible for design and quality of deliverables
- Managing and contributing to the development of junior staff
- Supporting KPMG onshore teams or leading business development initiatives, including bid proposal and management
- Contributing to thought leadership and knowledge management to support practice development

Technical skills :
Strong numerical, analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to demonstrate how one supports the other - and sound commercial acumenEfficiency in excel (data modelling) and PowerPoint is mustPrior experience in growth strategy, market sizing, commercial due diligence, research databases such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv and EuromonitorIndustry experience spanning across industrial manufacturing – Automotive, aerospace, industrials, construction etc.Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and value to the clientGoal driven – should be focused on helping clients meet their requirements – by developing answers and solutions when client requirement remains unclear / changes, and by providing relevant insights and key questions to fit the client objectiveExperience of working in a deal environment with senior managementThe ability to transform un-structured data into informative and creative outputs with minimal supervisionBehavioural / team skills
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situationsFlexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTeam player; self-driven and ability to work independentlyQualifications
Education / professional qualifications
MBA / Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college / university preferably with major in Finance / Marketing
Prior Experience
Relevant experience (3-5 years) gained in either corporate roles, strategy consulting, or commercial due diligence in the relevant sector / propositions
