Role- Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location- Mumbai
CTC- 8 to 15 LPA (Negotiable depending on experience)
We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our affiliate and partner marketing programs. You will develop strategy, build strong affiliate relationships, manage performance-driven campaigns, and maximize ROI. The role demands expertise in affiliate networks, negotiation, analytics, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and partners
- Negotiate contracts, manage incentives, and ensure brand compliance
- Use analytics tools and affiliate dashboards (Impact, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, PartnerStack, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, content, finance, and legal teams
- Research market trends, test new partnership models, and stay updated on regulations
Qualifications
4–7 years in affiliate, performance, or partnership marketing (e-commerce / consumer brands / SaaS platforms )Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, BI tools)Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and driving ROIExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilitiesShow more
