The Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our paid digital acquisition strategy. This key role is responsible for driving new customer growth, optimizing marketing spend, and maximizing both Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute the end-to-end performance marketing strategy across all paid digital channels.Plan, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across : Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) Paid Social (Meta / Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Display / Programmatic and Affiliate Networks Define and strictly manage the performance marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).Own and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Click-Through Rate (CTR).Lead the strategy and execution of A / B and multivariate testing across ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience segments.Utilize analytics platforms (GA4) to derive deep insights from campaign data and translate them into actionable optimization strategies.Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to produce high-performing ad assets and ensure brand consistency.Ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and attribution across the entire customer journey and conversion funnel.Qualifications & Skills
Required 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Performance Marketing or Paid Acquisition role. Expert-level proficiency in managing and scaling large campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.Deep functional expertise with web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.Proven track record of managing significant marketing budgets and achieving aggressive efficiency targets (low CPA, high ROAS).Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work comfortably with complex data sets. Strong understanding of attribution models and their impact on channel strategy.Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field. Experience in the digital marketing space.Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar
