BI Developer - People Analytics

Key Responsibilities :

Data Modeling : Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Report Development : Create, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).

ETL Processes : Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses.

Data Analysis : Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, analyze data, and identify trends and insights.

Performance Tuning : Optimize BI solutions for performance, ensuring quick and efficient data retrieval and processing.

Documentation : Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data sources, data models, and report specifications.

Collaboration : Work with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.

User Training : Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a related role.

Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and methodologies.

Understanding of ETL tools and processes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.

Knowledge of cloud BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Certification in relevant BI tools or technologies.
