Sr. Analyst - Transformation

Job Description

Overview : We are looking for a Sr Analyst who will be part of the Transformation team at Brookfield’s BCOG Office. The team is responsible for spearheading transformation initiatives to uplift its processes, data assets and technology platforms.

This role encompasses conducting offshoring feasibility assessments, managing transitions, redesigning operating models, performing process discoveries, executing automations and fostering an innovative culture. The analyst will collaborate closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, manage risks, and ensure the successful implementation of process improvements and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct Offshoring Feasibility Assessment :

• Partner with business functions to identify processes suitable for offshoring.
• Develop comprehensive plans and business cases for offshoring initiatives.
