Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Customer Relations Manager. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also oversee communication with customers through various channels, analyze customer feedback.

Additionally, the role includes maintaining customer records, providing support to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
