About the Role
Were looking for enthusiastic and driven Sales Interns who are fluent in Marathi to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates interested in tele-sales and customer acquisition in a B2C environment. You will make outbound calls using VoIP / dialer systems work with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho HubSpot Salesforce) qualify leads and support the sales funnel while learning target-driven selling appointment-setting and basic sales analytics.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads in Marathi (cold calling and warm lead follow-ups)
- Explain product / services clearly and confidently; use call scripts and adapt messaging for different customer segments
- Understand customer needs qualify leads using basic frameworks (e.g. BANT) and share accurate information
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM (lead updates notes status changes)
- Support the sales team with lead qualification pipeline management and tracking KPIs such as conversion rate and outreach volume
- Assist in local market research customer insights and updating lead scoring data
- Work closely with managers to achieve weekly and monthly targets; meet SLAs and contribute to process improvements
