Location : Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience : 2–5 years at a design or architecture studio

Maison Vistaar is looking for a multi-talented Studio Coordinator who gets the world of design, loves systems, and can wear many hats.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for all leads via WhatsApp, Instagram & email
• Schedule consultations, maintain calendars, and send reminders
• Assist in client onboarding, share introductory decks, and explain service flow
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers & vendors to ensure deliverables move on time
• Document meetings, update trackers, and follow up with internal team members
• Post job openings, screen resumes, set up interviews with candidates
• Maintain project timelines, photoshoot schedules, and internal folders
• Liaise with the founder (Khushboo) to prioritize weekly tasks
