We are looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to manage and deliver end-to-end hiring across business functions, with a strong focus on early careers, innovative sourcing strategies, and volume recruitment. The role involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hires, strengthening talent pipelines, and driving organizational growth through efficient, data-driven hiring practices.
Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job) :
- Manage hiring across retail operations, volume and corporate roles within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Design and manage graduate hiring, internships, and entry-level pipelines to build future talent.
- Develop innovative sourcing approaches, leverage social and digital platforms, and optimize vendor / partner networks
- Work closely with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and deliver fit-for-purpose talent solutions
- Implement and manage assessment platforms, ensuring consistent and fair evaluation practices.
- Track talent availability, skills demand, and competitor practices to guide sourcing and hiring decisions.
- Partner on initiatives that strengthen campus and market presence.
- Drive projects to streamline hiring processes, reduce time-to-hire and enhance candidate experience.
Must-Have
8+ years of HR experience with recent 3 years in Talent Acquisition executionProven success in volume and corporate hiringStrong exposure to early careers and campus hiringHands-on experience with sourcing strategies, assessment tools and recruitment technologiesKey Skills :
