Qualifications / Experience :
- Graduate or MBA specialised in HR
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment across industries and business functions
Role & Responsibilities :
Conduct external talent identification exercises, test the market for available talent proficiency levels, and determine effective sourcing strategies.Collate data on resource and talent gaps, analyze turnover, retention, new hires, productivity, and capability to produce reliable management information. Use this data to advise on the right choices to fill resourcing needs.Collaborate with managers to ensure clear articulation of role details and positioning roles appropriately with candidates.Identify and build a proactive pool of qualified candidates through active and passive recruiting. Leverage and expand networks on social media. Support the organization's diversity initiatives.Ensure adherence to predefined Quality of Hire parameters while sourcing candidates. Leverage consultants and all available sources to efficiently fill open positionsDecide and negotiate salaries within parity, arriving at a "win-win" proposition. Adhere to recruitment processes and policies defined by the organization, ensuring the completion of hiringDevelop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources. Participate in business review meetings to understand dynamics and challenges. Analyse HR-related data to derive key insights on recruitmentAny other activity as proposed by the management, if requiredPreferred Candidate Profile / Competencies :
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environmentKnowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling & negotiating techniques, interviewing skills.Passionate about hiring; self-motivated with excellent execution skillsPro-activeness in gathering requirements from hiring managerExcellent communicator, with ability to influence & persuade others and to network internally & externallyAbility to work with cross functional teams and interface with business leaders at all levels in organizationAbility to lead, direct, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously if required — and be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes, etc.)Exceptional negotiating skills with external clients / candidates
