We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager who takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and providing exceptional service to our esteemed National Client. Key Responsibilities :

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking.
• Prioritize and ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.
• Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks with candidates to ensure alignment with safety and performance standards.
• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges.
• Recruit and target the selection of candidates to meet specific client needs.
• Manage general administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management.
• Flexibility in both start and finish times is essential to succeed in this role.
