We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively selling our products and services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell products / services
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues
