Requirements

We are hiring an Auditor / Senior Accountant who can independently handle core accounting, review and correct the work of junior accountants, and prepare accurate consolidated financial information. The role is best suited for someone who has already worked as a Senior Accountant and has substantial experience in reviewing juniors’ work for full set accounting. The ideal candidate combines hands-on rigor with an auditor’s eye for detail and can communicate clear, actionable feedback to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and correct entries prepared by junior accountants; document errors and fixes.
• Own month-end and year-end closure activities including reconciliations, schedules, and management reporting.
• Prepare and review workings for consolidation and support consolidated financial statements.
• Identify process gaps, propose controls, and implement checklists for consistency.
• Clear backlog items, investigate variances, rectify misclassifications, and align ledgers.
• Ensure statutory and internal policy compliance across vouchers, approvals, and audit trails.
• Prepare concise completion notes and report progress / issues to management.
