Key Responsibilities :
- Handle multiple live chat conversations with international customers
- Resolve product or service-related issues professionally
- Maintain accuracy, clarity, and customer satisfaction in every chat
- Follow standard procedures and document each interaction
- Meet daily performance targets (response time, quality, etc.)
Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience in international chat supportExcellent written English and typing skills (35+ WPM)Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilityComfortable with night shifts and rotational week-offsGood knowledge of customer service tools (CRM / chat platforms)Skills Required
AHT, CSAT, CRM Tools, Quality
