- Provide timely workaround solutions for failing issue pattern which requires source code fix.
- Plan and Participate in DR and continuity management activities.
- Identify improvement items and strategize for its timely implementation.
- Work out proactive monitoring and alerting for all critical support areas including client / process journeys.
