Who are we looking for
Title : Human Resources Manager

Salary range : 14-18 LPA depending on experience
reach52 is seeking Human Resources Manager that would support reach52's mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world who currently cannot access it. You will work to build and manage the personnel of our growing team in India. You should have a strong knowledge of human resources in India with experience in recruiting, hiring, employment regulations and compensation rules, alongside other major HR disciplines. Direct experience in the pharmaceutical sector will be a plus. As the business grows, you will be central to accelerating progress in driving access. Innovative thinking and willingness to try new approaches is key.
