About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function for a reputed organization in the Retail & Hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing large-scale HR operations, building strong people strategies, and driving organizational growth within QSR restaurants, hotel chains, or luxury retail brands.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Lead talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management initiatives.
Drive employee engagement, culture building, and retention programs.
Oversee compensation & benefits, HR compliance, and policy formulation.
Partner with business heads to support expansion and operational excellence.
Ensure alignment between HR practices and organizational goals across multiple locations.

Requirements :

Strong background in Retail, QSR, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail sectors.

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.

Proven track record of leading HR transformation and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
