Job descriptionPursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology. Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Real-world recruitment experience. Opportunities to learn from experienced professionals. Development of core HR and talent acquisition skills. Potential for a full-time role based on performance.
Location : Mumbai (In-office)
Duration : 6 months
Stipend : 10-15k (can be discussed)

Key Responsibilities :
- Source and screen candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles.
- Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.
