Transformation Director

The Leader will lead the design and execution of global GBS Finance transformation.

This role drives end-to-end process re-engineering, digital and automation initiatives, and PMO governance while partnering with IT and business leaders to deliver scalable, standardized, tech-enabled operations.

The leader will establish SLAs / KPIs, oversee the transformation portfolio, embed strong change-management practices, and build a continuous improvement culture to ensure sustained performance and operational excellence.
