About the Role

A leading law firm is seeking Senior Associates with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Banking & Finance practice in Mumbai and Delhi. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly experienced team specializing in banking and finance, projects, and insolvency & stressed assets transactions. The ideal candidates will have strong transactional experience and a keen interest in handling complex financing matters and infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including loan agreements, bond deeds, framework agreements, and EPC contracts.
• Assisting in large-scale project finance transactions involving power, road, oil & gas, and infrastructure sectors.
• Conducting legal due diligence on infrastructure projects and identifying project-related risks.
• Advising promoters, project developers, and lenders on various aspects of project finance and related transactions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Handling transactions related to stressed assets and insolvency matters.
