Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned fundraising leader with 8+ years of experience in equity and debt fundraising, preferably with a strong track record working at NBFCs or financial services institutions.

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving capital-raising initiatives, building deep investor relationships, and crafting compelling narratives to position the organization as a high-value investment opportunity.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a hands-on leader with a strong professional network across banks, private equity, venture capital, family offices, and other institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end fundraising strategy and execution for both equity and debt capital.
Leverage a robust investor network to secure capital from banks, NBFCs, PE / VC funds, HNIs, and family offices.
Collaborate closely with leadership to design and communicate the organizations growth story in a compelling manner to attract investors.
Structure, negotiate, and close complex funding transactions, ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment.
Build strong relationships with lenders, rating agencies, investment bankers, and financial institutions to optimize capital structure.
Develop high-quality investment decks, pitches, and financial models to support fundraising objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and investor appetite to inform funding strategy.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on capital markets and financial

strategy.

Key Requirements :

10+ years of proven experience in raising both equity and debt capital.

Strong preference for candidates with experience at NBFCs, fintechs, or leading financial institutions.

Demonstrated ability to storytell effectively and craft persuasive narratives to engage investors.

A well-established network of institutional investors, bankers, and capital providers.

Expertise in financial structuring, capital strategy, and regulatory aspects of fundraising.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging at board and investor levels.

MBA / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
