- 1-6 years of experience in sales or relationship management in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan sales processes including documentation procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
