Responsibilities - You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to :

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand market presence

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth and innovation.

Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement custom digital solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery

Oversee project delivery to ensure alignment with client expectations and company objectives.

Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior management.

Mentor and lead a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Manage project economics

Mandatory Skill sets :

Strong understanding of emerging technologies (IOT, AI / ML, Cyber, Cloud, etc) and their applications in the utility sector.

Proven track record of successfully driving market growth and developing strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Business Development

Market Entry

Years of Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience in the utilities, energy, or related sector, with a focus on implementing digital solution, business development and client management.

Education Qualification : Engineering graduate + MBA

Base Location- NCR / Lucknow (Open to travel to any location)

Note- It's a client consulting role which would require you to travel to PAN India locations as per project requirement.
