We are currently seeking a professional, empathetic, and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.

Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional client experience from inquiry through post-treatment care. This includes responding to client queries, managing appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

A background in the aesthetics industry—particularly with Botox and dermal fillers—is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Client Interaction :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and clear information regarding aesthetic treatments, especially Botox and fillers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

✅ Appointment Management :

  • Manage appointment scheduling using our booking system.
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • ✅ Problem Resolution :

  • Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team as needed.
  • ✅ Administrative Support :

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records.
  • Share insights on client feedback and service improvement opportunities with the team.
  • Qualifications and Skills

  • ️ Previous experience in customer service (experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness is a plus)
  • ️ Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • ️ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • ️ Familiarity with aesthetic treatments such as Botox and fillers (preferred but not required)
  • ️ Experience with CRM and booking systems
  • ️ Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote role
