Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction and Support
Maintain a constant liaison with the customers to understand the
problems / issues being faced by them.
Collaborate with customer support team at Bangalore for early resolution of
the problems related to the products.
2. Product Evaluation and Analysis :
Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure.
3. Repair and Refurbishment :
(i) Undertake repairs related to mechanical components as per the written
instructions and procedures.
(ii) Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety
procedures.
(iii) Maintain a clean and safe work area.
(iv) Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.
4. Testing and Validation :
Perform system level testing of mechanical components.
Ensure proper documentation and report generation.
5. Continuous Improvement :
Provide feedback to the Bangalore team on suggested changes / improvements to be
done based on the customer feedback.
6. Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly / testing tools to meet customer
requirements.
7. Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support.
Qualifications
B.E / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Mechatronics.
2-3 years working experience in assembly / manufacturing of electro-mechanical
systems.
Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes.
Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable.
IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries,
chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation.
Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer navigation and utilization skills, MS word, email, ppt.
