Designation : Site Engineer – Civil (Building Projects)

Location(s) : Shirdi / Beed / Raigad / Pune

Experience : 3–7 Years

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Role Overview :

We are seeking skilled and experienced Site Engineers to manage our building construction projects across multiple locations in Maharashtra. The role involves supervising on-site execution, ensuring quality, coordinating with teams, and delivering projects within timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and execute daily site activities as per project plans.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, IS codes, and safety standards.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams efficiently.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily / weekly reports, and share updates with project managers.
• Verify measurements for billing and contractor payments.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the head office.
• Handle site material planning and maintain inventory records.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure timely project delivery.
