Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Fashion Sales Consultant. The Fashion Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing consultation to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating sales. Day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with their purchases, offering fashion advice, maintaining customer relationships, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the consultant will support the team in achieving sales goals and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Passion for fashion and understanding of fashion trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, or related field is desirable
