Role Overview

We’re looking for a  CDE / Information Manager  who will be the backbone of our BIM information flow — owning how data moves, is structured, validated, and delivered across the entire project lifecycle. You’ll design and manage the  Common Data Environment (CDE)  and ensure that every stakeholder — from design consultants to site teams — works within a clean, controlled, ISO 19650-compliant digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and manage the  CDE  (Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Asite, Aconex, or equivalent) for multi-disciplinary BIM projects.
• Define and enforce  information workflows , naming conventions, metadata schemas, and revision control processes in full compliance with  ISO 19650 .
• Oversee all  document control , versioning, approvals, and transmittals between consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain  EIR-compliant folder structures , ensure structured data exchange, and implement audit trails for all project documentation.
• Drive integration between BIM models and the CDE — ensuring model versions, drawing packages, and data drops are correctly structured and traceable.
• Work closely with BIM managers and coordinators to align information delivery schedules with project milestones and BEP requirements.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for internal teams, consultants, and contractors on CDE protocols and workflows.
• Monitor CDE usage and proactively resolve workflow bottlenecks, data conflicts, or versioning issues.
• Support structured  handover documentation  and ensure all project metadata and digital assets are properly archived at project close-out.
