Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a State Head located in West Bengal, India. The State Head will oversee and manage the daily operations within the state, build and maintain relationships with dealers and lenders, and drive growth and profitability. Responsibilities include strategic planning, team management, and achieving sales targets and operational goals.
