Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Parts Logistics (AMC / ACER / Lenovo)
- Take ownership of all end-to-end spare part transactions and logistics activities
- Ensure same-day dispatch of available spare parts against branch demand
- Ensure no spare parts remain pending in the field for more than 10 days
- Recover defective spare parts from the field in a timely manner
- Share daily updates on field pending parts with branch engineers, Branch Manager, and reporting manager
Courier Process Management
Manage daily courier transactions for spare part dispatchMaintain accurate daily courier transaction and dispatch reportsTrack courier parcels end-to-end until delivery confirmationValidate monthly courier vendor invoices for accuracyEnsure courier vendors submit invoices on the VBM portal by the 7th of every monthAssist in identifying and onboarding local courier vendors when requiredMaintain proper records of parcel transactions in both system and manual registersAudit and Branch Operations
Conduct self-audits of branch stock and project stock sparesShare audit findings and reports with the reporting managerEnsure effective spares management and stock accuracyMaintain overall branch hygiene and operational disciplineSkills Required
