Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Founder's Office located in Pune. The Associate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Founder's Office. Day-to-day tasks include project management, data analysis, preparing reports, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in decision-making processes. The role also involves organizing meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in a similar role or in the healthcare sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
