Job descriptionMonitor, analyze, and interpret operational data and KPIs to track performance and identify trends. Drive data-backed process improvements and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the RCM lifecycle. Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams (AR, Credentialing, Patient Services, etc.), facilitating seamless communication. Champion process improvement projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and implement best practices. Apply your end-to-end RCM knowledge—from Patient Intake and Charge Entry to Payment Posting, A / R Management, and Denials—to guide teams and optimize outcomes. A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). At least 3-4 years in a leadership role with proven experience managing teams and driving results. A minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience, communicating with US Physicians and / or their front-office staff. A graduate degree in any stream is required. Proven Project Manager : Ability to juggle multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Data-Driven Analyst : Strong analytical skills to dissect performance metrics and identify actionable insights for improvement.
