We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves working across front-end, back-end, integration, QA, and product teams. You’ll bridge the gap between clients, onsite leadership, and our India delivery teams, ensuring that every requirement is clear, actionable, and delivered with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to define business goals and workflows
- Write detailed user stories, BRDs / FRDs, and solution specs
- Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and UAT testing
- Map and document API integrations and data flows between eCommerce platforms and ERPs
- Collaborate with PMs to track progress in ClickUp or Jira
