Job descriptionAbility to work rotational hours APJ, US, EMEA Support and maintain all incoming MDG requests Complete assigned daily requests in line with the defined SLA Handle customer escalations carry out root cause analysis on escalations with effective response times Analyze complex and disparate sets of data to make timely fact-based decisions and recommendations Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs Assist in preparing important KPI's Provide End of Quarter support aligning with key business units EOQ support structures Participate in regular team forums providing process improvement ideas and possible group training opportunities Prepare and deliver clear and well-organized presentations to stakeholders / team / leadership Good team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders and fellow team members driving collaborative activities to achieve results Performs other duties as required Strong English and local language spoken and written Strong analytical and customer service skills Excellent organizational as well as multi-tasking skills Self-initiation and creative thinking Excel and PowerPoint High sense of urgency Proficient in MS Office applications SQL experience a plus but not required We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities - all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
