Key Responsibilities :
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source top-quality talent through LinkedIn, product-based networks, and strategic hiring channels.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for high-demand roles.
🔹 Stakeholder Management
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Provide strategic hiring insights, market intelligence, and timelines.Ensure smooth coordination and interview scheduling.🔹 Hiring Strategy & Execution
Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche product-engineering roles.Handle salary discussions, negotiation, and offer closures.Manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS.🔹 Process Excellence
Maintain a seamless candidate experience.Ensure compliance with hiring policies and documentation.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.Required Skills & Qualifications :
