Position Overview :

Job Title : Program Manager - CTO’s Office

Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka

Job Type : Full-time

Experience : 2+ years

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee CTO Office strategic initiatives and roadmap projects in India. This would relate, but not limited to, emerging technology, architecture and transformation.
• Act as a confidante & trusted advisor on all strategic deliverables for Technology group in India
• Track strategic initiatives by monitoring progress towards meeting goals, analyzing data, ensuring follow-through on the part of key contributors, and sustain momentum needed to drive these initiatives.
• Oversee consistent & timely delivery of Projects with superior quality, by ensuring that planning, change management, training and quality management are properly addressed and monitored.
• Proactive identification of roadblocks that could affect the successful execution of the Technology Roadmap. This responsibility involves elevating specifics about which the management should be aware and framing / positioning ideas to resolve the problem / mitigate the risk.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual planning process for the Technology group from an operational and budgetary perspective.
• Develop effective partnerships and work collaboratively with other business unit heads / Vertical leads / functional leaders
• Participate in the professional development of Engineering Team in India by demonstrating inclusive leadership, effectively guiding for superior performance and being a role model in the pursuit of excellence.
