Role Overview : Inside Sales Specialist (US Market Focus)
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru , with flexibility for some remote work.
As the Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a crucial driver of Shvasa's growth, managing the entire sales lifecycle within the US market . You will leverage your experience in complex / solution-based selling to position Shvasa's structured wellness programs to a user base increasingly focused on holistic health solutions. This role requires a professional committed to achieving ambitious targets while maintaining the highest standard of customer care.
Crucial Requirement : This role operates on the US shift (9 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM IST) to effectively serve our primary customer base in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire inside sales lifecycle (lead nurturing, qualification, closing) primarily focused on the US consumer market.
- Apply a consultative, solution-selling approach to understand prospective users' health goals, lifestyle needs, and current wellness routines.
- Effectively articulate the value of structured, authentic yoga as a long-term, preventative health solution , differentiating our offering from casual fitness apps.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients, providing a seamless and empathetic onboarding experience.
- Analyze market trends within the Health & Wellness Tech space to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed challenging monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets.
Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3-4 years of proven Inside Sales experience selling a complex, high-value solution or service (ideally B2C or B2B2C).Demonstrated success as an Inside Sales Specialist within the Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Wellness, or HealthTech / MedTech industry. (This is the critical element to attract the right candidates).Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills , suitable for engaging with professional US clientele.Demonstrated proficiency in Solution Selling and consultative sales methodologies.A high level of client empathy and commitment to exceptional customer service / account management.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.Strong Preference (2+ Years Required)
Direct experience selling digital health, telehealth, preventative wellness, or subscription-based educational / learning platforms.Familiarity with the vernacular and common sales challenges within the US consumer health market.Candidates with experience at scaled wellness or learning platforms (e.g., HealthifyMe, Shyft, Sugerfit, Simplilearn, Scalar, Vedantu, flexifyme) are highly encouraged to apply.Location & Shift Details
