HR Business Partner

Job Description

• HR Business partner role reporting to Manager, HR Business Partner.
• Proactively plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed functions of human resources (HR) duties for Global Business Services, India.
• Independently advises operations on moderately complex HR matters and is relied on heavily for individual's expertise.
• Performs most assignments independently with instruction on the general expected results.
• Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed action plans.
• Works independently to craft solutions.
