Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Pastry Chef located in Chennai. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pastry section, developing new dessert recipes, and ensuring the timely and high-quality preparation of baked goods. Duties will include supervising pastry staff, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative menu items.
