- Configure, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve system issues or escalate to development teams
- Monitor support queues, prioritise, investigate and resolve escalated incidents and service requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and product management on unresolved resolve technical issues.
- Analyse incidents and conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and collaborate with customers and development teams to implement actions that prevent reoccurrence.
- Review, create and maintain documentation related to applications, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct business and operational readiness reviews for project implementations to pro-actively identify production issues.
- Provide technical assistance to users on complex queries and providing guidance on application functionalities.
- Keep stakeholders informed about progress on the resolution of issues or queries in alignment with delivery standards.
- Design and develop scripts or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance monitoring capabilities, and improve overall efficiency in application support processes.
- Analyse incident and customer usage metrics, generating reports, and providing insights to improve applications, incident management processes and customer experience.
- Provide on the job coaching and guidance to team members.
