Fusion Practices - Lead SQL Developer

Summary :

We are looking for a Senior SQL Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS to design, optimize, and manage enterprise-level databases and data solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in database architecture, performance tuning, ETL development, and reporting while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best - Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, procedures, triggers, and views.

• Design and maintain ETL workflows using SSIS.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards using SSRS.
• Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and optimization.
• Collaborate with application, BI, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and security.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior - Bachelors degree in computer science / IT or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SQL development with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS (mandatory).
• Experience in data modeling, ETL, and reporting.
• Proven skills in query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Knowledge of cloud databases (Azure SQL, AWS RDS, etc.) preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
