We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who can take ownership of end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management. This role involves process execution, HR systems management, coordination with business teams, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience. You will closely work with the Recruitment Team, Finance, and Heads across the organization for all cross functional deliverables.

• Lead end-to-end employee onboarding and induction processes to ensure a warm, seamless new-joiner
