Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations : offer letters, onboarding, payroll input, and employee records.
- Lead and mentor HR team members, driving productivity and service excellence.
- Manage vendor relationships for insurance, childcare benefits, and background checks.
- Maintain HRMS records and generate KPI reports for decision-making.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
