Job descriptionExperience in Mobile Testing in both IOS and Android devices. Experience in mentoring and training QA engineers. Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies that align with project requirements and business objectives Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Define, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and quality expectations Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Monitor and report on quality metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability in the QA process Experience in mobile testing in both IOS and Android devices. Experience in mentoring and training junior QA engineers
