Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable (F&A) to join our Shared Services team. This role will be responsible for overseeing AR / AP operations, including posting, reconciliation, and reporting, while ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. As a senior team member, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to the overall success of our global finance operations.

Compensation range for this role is 8-9.5 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Manage Accounts Receivable postings, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in ERP systems.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including vendor reconciliations and payment processing.
• Prepare and analyze vendor reports, highlight discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform reconciliations across AR / AP accounts, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing accurate reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain strong vendor / client relationships.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices in AR / AP functions.
• Mentor and support junior team members within the Shared Services team.
