Urban Company started out as UrbanClap in Nov 2014, when its founders, Abhiraj, Raghav and Varun realized that the home services industry was predominantly unorganized, fragmented and offline. Customers found it difficult to avail quality services in a convenient manner, and service professionals were struggling to make ends meet, having to rely upon several middlemen, contractors, and local aggregators. The founders felt that the industry was ripe for disruption, and launched Urban Company, with three key principles in mind -

About the Role :

We&aposre looking for a creative and strategic Senior Associate – Brand Marketing to build Native's brand strategy and communication across the funnel. The role combines the power of strategic communication and funnel-specific messaging deployment to drive growth for Native RO & Locks while shaping Native into a trusted consumer solutions brand—radically different from traditional, product-first players. You'll be responsible for building brand love through original content and creator collaborations, identifying the right GTM strategies across media and messaging, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across the entire customer journey
